This Privacy Policy describes how ZUNO (operated by LuckysCloud) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal and transactional information when you use our SaaS website, merchant portal, and hosted storefronts.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or customer data to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
02 Information We Collect
🏪 Merchant & Tenant Information
Name, business email, account password, WhatsApp order routing numbers, UPI payment VPA, store brand logos, industry category, catalog products, and pricing.
🛍️ Customer & End-Buyer Information
Contact name, delivery address, phone number, and appointment booking selections submitted during checkout or synchronized through Google One-Click Sign-In.
🌐 Social & Google OAuth Data
When you sign in via Google, we access basic public profile information (name, verified email address, Google user ID, and avatar image) solely to authenticate and populate your profile.
03 How We Utilize Your Data
- Order Dispatch & WhatsApp Routing: Formatting pre-filled order messages and cart receipts directly into WhatsApp links between buyers and store owners.
- Service Delivery: Managing appointment calendar slots, staff assignments, and reservation confirmations.
- Billing & Invoicing: Generating Lucky's Pay and Razorpay invoices for merchants upgrading to ZUNO Pro plans.
- System Observability: Monitoring platform performance, preventing distributed attacks, and safeguarding tenant account access.
04 Data Retention & Security Safeguards
We enforce strict technical security standards including encrypted TLS communication, bcrypt password hashing, scoped multi-tenant database separation, and role-based access controls across all server infrastructure.
Merchants retain ownership of their store data. You may delete your account, catalog products, or customer records at any time directly through your Profile Dashboard Settings.
