01 Introduction & Agreement to Terms
Welcome to ZUNO (operated by LuckysCloud). By registering an account, accessing our merchant dashboard, creating a digital catalog or store, or browsing any hosted storefront, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a company, retail business, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind such entity to these obligations.
02 Role as a SaaS Platform Provider
Crucial Notice for Buyers and End-Users:
ZUNO operates strictly as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) hosting and website infrastructure provider. ZUNO is not a merchant of record, retailer, manufacturer, delivery partner, or direct service provider for goods or appointments sold through individual merchant storefronts.
- Each individual business owner (Merchant) is solely responsible for listing accuracy, pricing, stock availability, fulfillment, and customer support.
- All financial transactions (whether via Direct UPI, Cash on Delivery, or merchant payment gateways) are executed directly between the buyer and merchant.
03 Merchant Account & Store Ownership
When creating an account on ZUNO, you agree to:
Accurate Information
Provide truthful contact information, WhatsApp numbers, business categories, and accurate catalog items.
Credential Security
Safeguard your authentication credentials, passwords, and linked Google accounts from unauthorized use.
04 Prohibited Activities & Listing Guidelines
Merchants are strictly prohibited from listing, selling, or facilitating transactions for:
- Illegal, counterfeit, or infringing products and copyrighted media.
- Controlled substances, prescription narcotics, weapons, or hazardous materials.
- Deceptive financial schemes, pyramid programs, or unauthorized gambling.
- Hate speech, harassment, malware, or unsolicited bulk messaging (Spam).
05 Subscriptions, Pro Plans & Payment Terms
ZUNO offers both free subscription tiers and premium Pro subscriptions. Pro features include custom domain mapping, unlimited products, advanced analytics, and custom themes. All payments processed via Lucky's Pay or Razorpay are non-refundable except where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
06 Affiliate & Partner Program Policy
Affiliates earning commissions on ZUNO agree to adhere to our anti-spam and self-referral guidelines. Self-referrals, fraudulent clicks, or misrepresenting ZUNO brand trademarks will lead to immediate account forfeiture and payout cancellations.
07 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZUNO, LuckysCloud, and its directors or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from store downtime, fulfillment errors, buyer disputes, or third-party service interruptions (including WhatsApp Webhook API or domain DNS propagation delays).
